Prior to founding Avanze, Pradeep has worked with leading corporations in various roles and comes with diverse industry and functional expertise. He brings in extensive technical, management, and board-level experience to the company.

Vinod is commercially savvy and highly organized with strong business acumen. In the last 18 years, he has worked with leading corporations and fortune 500 companies. He is an effective team builder and confident decision maker and has hands-on experience in strategic planning, business unit development, operational and financial management, project and product management, as well as in budget analysis and expense control.
In his previous stints, he has showcased the ability to analyze an organization’s critical business requirements and corporate governance programs and has developed innovative and cost effective improvement solutions.
In his role as COO, he oversees and manages the delivery and business development for Avanze Group.
Sameer serves as CFO for Avanze Group and is also a Promoter, Director & CEO of Boston Financial Advisory Group.
In his previous stints, Sameer has served in the role of Head - Finance spearheading strategic direction, vision and leading organizations towards spiralling revenue growth and performance improvements. He has been successful in heading and managing financial operations for India, APAC & EMEA operations. He is being instrumental in heading Capital Infusion, Acquisition, Capital Structuring, Spin-off operations with élan. Proficient in laying down automated/ERP systems that worked well in India & overseas locations. Completely conversant with accounting standards in India (I-GAAP), US GAAP and IFRS.

Ramu Radhakrishnan is a seasoned professional with close to 18 years experience in technology products and services spanning Mortgage, eLearning, BPO and Software industries. Ramu led a team of over 100 employees of different technical expertise across Mortgage and Learning divisions of Indecomm.
In his role as CPO he oversees the product development and services of Direc2Abstract which, he believes, will be a turning point for Abstractors and Title companies.
Ramu is a strong believer in Process Thinking and Operational Efficiency.
